Position: Social Media Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned client teams to build comprehensive executive level reports focused upon social media projects
- Utilize multiple databases and data sets from Web Analytics to CRM systems
- Track weekly and monthly metrics to help clients understand the impact of their social media strategy and tactics
- Utilize Impact Interactions methodology of measurement to help clients understand the value metrics of their efforts
- Work with management teams to develop benchmarking studies of social media
- Utilize best practices in stakeholder reporting as developed by Impact Interactions
- Participate in client communications with occasional travel to client offices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or other area with emphasis on quantitative skills is required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Working understanding of metrics from Pay-per-click, web activities, and lead generation
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Sense of humor
Position: Social Media Associate
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned client teams to help clients achieve results using social media
- Manage and moderate online communities
- Update Twitter, Facebook, and blog content for clients
- Utilize Impact Interactions methodology of measurement to help clients understand the value metrics of their effort
- Manage project’s progress through communications (in-person, phone, and online) with assigned client personnel
- Act as project liaison, keeping all members informed of project progress and obstacles
- Participate in client communications with occasional travel to client offices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing,Management or other area with emphasis on communication skills is required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Working understanding of how online communities, social media, blogs, Twitter, and social networks operate is desired
- Excellent communications skills, both written and interpersonal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Sense of humor
